Organisational Design
In order to remain effective and resilient, organisations need to regularly evaluate and redesign their organisational set-up: Aligning key performance elements, such as the distribution of roles and responsibilities, decision authority, work processes, and the deployment of capabilities and resources (skills, knowledge, and supporting assets).
