He combines an academic background in AI and formal logic with extensive experience as a senior IT architect, having built and implemented large-scale, data-intensive enterprise systems.
Within the firm, he brings a combination of extensive theoretical grounding and applied engineering experience to complex organisational challenges.

Wouter leads Occam's supply chain and logistics services, supporting organisations in strengthening end-to-end supply chain performance and translating strategic direction into operational execution.
He has a background in economics, and extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics optimisation.

Sven Bonne

Sven supports Occam's organisational design services, advising organisations on performance, governance, and capital structures with rigorous methodology and analytical precision.
He has a background in finance, and extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, and transaction advisory across leading financial institutions and international advisory environments.
Within the firm, he brings deep financial expertise and structured thinking to complex organisational and strategic challenges.

Federico Faroldi, PhD
Independent expert — AI Governance & Regulatory Compliance
Federico advises Occam on AI governance and regulatory compliance, focusing on organisations' strategic positioning under the EU AI Act.
Federico is professor of Ethics, Law and AI and of Legal Informatics, and director of the Center for Reasoning, Normativity and AI (CERNAI), at the University of Pavia, Italy. He’s Faculty Affiliate at the Center for Human-compatible AI at the University of California, Berkeley, USA. He’s been a member of the EU Commission working group for the EU AI Act Code of Practice.
He has an academic background in philosophy, formal logic, law and AI, and extensive experience in AI regulation, normative risk, and the legal-philosophical foundations of AI governance.
He combines academic rigour with applied regulatory expertise to support organisations navigating the EU AI Act.
